बुटवल- विश्वमा बढ्दो सूचना प्रविधिको विकाससँगै पछिल्लो समय व्यक्तिगत तथा संस्थागत प्रयोजनका लागि नेपालमा पनि ड्रोन को प्रयोग अत्यधिक बढ्न थालेको छ । त्यसैले यसको समुचित व्यवस्थापनको लागि नेपाल सरकारले सुरक्षा व्यवस्थामा असर नपुग्ने गरी यसको उडान अनुमति सम्बन्धी नियम जारी गरेको छ ।

यदि तपाईंले नेपाल सरकारको ड्रोन सम्बन्धि नियम कानून थाहा नपाई ड्रोन उडाइरहनु भएको छ भने तपाई कानूनी झमेलामा पनि पर्न सक्नुहुन्छ. त्यसैले नेपाल सरकारको ड्रोन सम्बन्धि नियम थाहा पाइराख्नुहोस् ।

नेपाल सरकार गृहमन्त्रालयले २०७५ फागुनमा ड्रोन उडानका लागि छुट्टै कार्यविधि जारी गरेको थियो । जसअनुसार ड्रोन उडानका लागि नेपाल नागरिक उड्डयन प्राधिकरणबाट उडान उपकरण दर्ता नम्बर लिनुपर्ने हुन्छ ।

उपकरण दर्ताको लागि नागरिकता वा राहदानीको प्रतिलिपि वा संस्थाको हकमा संस्था दर्ताको प्रमाणपत्र, उडान उपकरण सञ्चालनको मुख्य उद्देश्य, उपकरणको स्पेसिफिकेसन तथा म्यानुअलको फोटोकपी, कर तथा भन्सार रसिद आवश्यक पर्दछ । यसरी प्राप्त दर्ता नम्बर ड्रोनमा टाँस्नुपर्ने हुन्छ ।
