During the sign-up process, you’ll need to review and accept the Google Developer distribution agreement.
Creating a Google Developer Account requires a one-time payment of $25. You will need a following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express etc to complete the payment.
Complete your account details. Your “Developer name” is displayed to customers on Google Play.
After completing your registration for a Google Developer Account you will automatically be redirected to Google’s Developer Console. your Google Developer account is ready for use.
